I apologize as the spelling is Pol Pot not sure why I recalled it as polk.

for those who may not know as its not often taught in school Pol Pot was the communist leader who wiped out 1/3 of the population ion Cambodia.

There was a great movie called "The killing fields" about his reign of terror.

Thank you for clarifying: I honestly thought you were referring to former US President Polk.

Very much agree about Pol Pot...........in fact; I used to know a Cambodian refugee (now a US citizen) from the Killings Fields area.

I contribute money and clothing every year to poor in their own Countries. I do NOT want my Country turning into a 3rd World Country. We can stop blaming the US for all of these people's problems and start pointing the finger at their oppressive governments.
We get that...............do you mind if I use some of this for my research paper......

feel free just don't blame me on the typos
