DC has extremely high housing costs, extremely high crime, bad government, and terrible public schools. If that's a liberal vs a right wing contest i'll stick with the right wing in PW.

As i've said not every democrat is (or has to be) pro-illegal: Democratic Senator Heath Schuler introduced the SAVE Act (a immigration enforcement bill w/o amnesty) and former Democratic govenor Mark Warner has a consistent record against illegal immigration (I'll be more than happy to select him as our next senator.)

PW may be in a funk now but when the real estate market returns to even marginial status, folks will forget about how bad the timing was of this policy.

Yes DC does have high housing costs. Places people want to live tend to have higher housing prices than places where people don't want to live. By all means stick with those gun-toting, latino hating, RWers out in PW county. Every story raises the price of my real estate in DC.

I live in Alexandria (which has DC's housing costs with better schools) and i dont want to live here. Of course an illegal lover would call anyone against illegals a latino hater. One, my best friend is a LEGAL latino (among many other latino friends). Two, illegals come from every country (even Canada.) and Three, i hate anyone who makes my life tough so they can have an easier life regardless of race, religion, or nationality.
