Officers can transport detained individuals to ICE

If they have reasonable suspicion that a person is in the country illegally and may be involved with criminal activity, officers can call ICE

I agree, Benicar.

This blatant "Pick and Choose Policy" supported by many Law Enforcement Agencies is ridiculous.

They are sworn to enforce ALL of the laws, not just the laws they prefer and/or approve.

In all fairness; I place most of the blame on the brass and lickspittle politicians-----not the rank and file street cops.
