News, ACLU: Police Enforcing Immigration Laws 'Terrorize' America. (illegal aliens, Mexico, Attorney)

(CNSNews.com) - Police that help the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arm of the Department of Homeland Security enforce federal immigration laws are targeting Latinos and "terrorizing" people across the United States, an attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) said at a briefing on Capitol Hill on Monday.

"Local law enforcement has been given the green light to engage in racial profiling," Joanne Lin, a legislative counsel with the ACLU, said at the briefing held by the Appleseed Foundation, a non-profit network of 16 public interest justice centers in the United States and Mexico.

Of COURSE efforts to control illegal immigration are "Terrorizing" America. These folks are the ACLU....what do you EXPECT them to say? It's what they do...it's how they look at life...it's how they think.

Once again, if you doubt the ACLU's reaction to anything, just ask yourself this.."How would an angry 12-year old react, if confronted by this situation"?....If you can pretty well answer that question, you've pretty well figured out how the ACLU will react. I've used this 'rule of thumb' for years, and it's almost always right.

For years I have been frustrated with the fact that immigration just did not seem to be doing an awful lot to stop the rush of illegal aliens. I work in construction and if you really wanted to send some illegals home, all you have to do is go to any construction site in the city and you could have a field day. So now that it seems like they are stepping up efforts to stem the tide of illegal immigration, I have to say "Hallelujah"! The ACLU can take a hike, and if anyone in immigration needs a guide to some illegals in the area, I am your man!

The ACLU is h(%$bent on committing the murder of America's soverignity. It used to be as long as you weren't Christian they would leave you alone. Nowadays, if you are doing ANYTHING decent they'll try to drown you in lawsuits.
