How? They aren't even allowed to be in our country! We are talking illegals, who have no business being here. Somehow I doubt that LE or our government care what you think "should be allowed" regarding criminal activity.

This is such a cop-out - "oh, that is up to the FEDERAL government, so, therefore, we can't do anything".

BUT, we follow OTHER federal laws, yes? So, these judges are deciding WHICH federal laws to follow, based on their own personal attitudes. Disgusting.

This is the same law that was passed in my county here in GA back in 2006, and subsequently repealed when the ACLU filed suit. Yes, the American Civil Liberties Union fought to protect the rights of those who aren't even American- there's still something inherently wrong with that picture........

As you stated there.

My father is an in immigrant (legal I may add) from Hungary in 1951...........so, the attitude of those illegal immigrant lawbreakers is a double slap at me.
