Well- I am an Independent Conservative. I am bascially for putting America and Americans first, preserving American sovereignty and for the government basically staying out of my life-my pocketbook and my bedroom. I started out life as Democrat, was most recently a Republican but I have never believed in either party 100%. I think both parties are way out of touch with the majority of hard working Americans. Both parties make me frustrated and angry most of the time.

I am and always have been againist illegal aliens and everthing they stand for. This is really an American issue and not a Republican/Democratic issue. It is about preserving America and her sovereignty-which is still important to some of us even if our politicians act differently.

I agree. But clearly the Democratic party is the amnesty party, forget Rhino Mcshame. The majority of the rank and file Democratic party aren't too concerned about an amnesty. Even with blue dog Democrats, illegal immigration isn't their top issue.
