Judging from current trends will France become a muslim majority country due to immigration,birthrates.
Any other European countries to follow?

The EU is tightening its rules for immigration and cracking down on aspects of Islamic culture that conflict with EU laws.

Islamic 'law' (Sharia) is under increasing scrutiny as it is...........

Musilms are a way to much overated in France, I doubt that France will be musilms majority, non white majority maybe (in a very long time) but not musilms majority.
As I know east asian of black christian are not muslims.
I think that only the half of French non white people are musilms, and even less in Paris.
Don't confuse immigration and ethnic minority population, most muslims are not immigrant but french and were born in France.
France is just a multi-racial country like Canada and people should accept this.

Secondly most muslims in France don't pratice and the very large majority are against the Sharia.

Isn't it sad that nationality should become a minority in their own country? When I visit France, or any country for that matter, I want to experience the REAL France, not a muslim France kwim, or Chinese Germany, Mexican America, etc...It's sad to me that cultures are changing. But I guess that's growth and you can't stop it.

In all fairness: a Frenchman can be of any race/ethnicity.

Look at their President; Nicolas Sarkozy; his father was a Hungarian.....a real one.

True, but you know what I mean? I hate when other cultures move into a country and change it to theirs, and this isn't just in regards to our illegal immig issues here. I probably am not explaining myself correctly and will just dig a big hole for myself!

I know what you mean........most legal immigrants do assimilate (or at least their children will)------it is the illegal ones that are usually the problem.

it depends on the rate of influx of immigrants.
but what i think is they might still be muslim 20 years later and a majority but they will be muslim moderates not hard line. birth rates fall after a time for immigrants, same as here.
