A 13 year old boy scout is ordered out of the country before give a reprieve. Despite a hard and fast immigration crackdown he's staying in the states! The teen was caught crossing the boarder illegally in 2005. After 3 years in court, he was told by a judge to go back to El Salvador by July 16th. Senator Jim Webb spearheaded an effort to keep the young man here and a debate about immigration. Fox 5's Wisdom Martin reports

So if you cross the border illegally why shouldn't you expect to be sent back? Now what is the Boy Scout oath again?

The fact is, the views of most of the so called "anti-illegals" on this forum is the minority out there in the American public. Just think about it , because if most americans had the views of those on here then Tancredo would have been the President of the United States already. Also every single poll out there shows that the so called "invasion" ranks way below the issues important to Americans.

I think they might be in for a surprise down the road. It is hard to accept that one group of people can have so much hate for another group of people they don't even know. The invasion is way down on the list, they have more problems than they can handle now.

How much stock can you place in a "journalist" who misspells 'border' and then uses and exclaimation point to emphasize his point of view rather than reporting the facts?

Watch the video and judge for yourself, the fact is the boy gets to stay in the United States thanks to Senator Jim Webb.
