Mrs. Villegas, who is 33, has lived in the United States since 1996, and has three other children besides the newborn who are American citizens because they were born here.

She was stopped on July 3 in her husband’s pickup truck by a police officer from Berry Hill, a Nashville suburb, initially for “careless driving.” After Mrs. Villegas told the officer she did not have a license, he did not issue a ticket but arrested her instead. Elliott Ozment, Mrs. Villegas’s lawyer, said driving without a license is a misdemeanor in Tennessee that police officers generally handle with a citation, not an arrest.

After Mrs. Villegas was taken to the Davidson County jail, a federal immigration agent working there as part of the cooperation agreement conducted a background check. It showed that Mrs. Villegas was an illegal immigrant who had been deported once from the United States in March 1996, Karla Weikal, a spokeswoman for the county sheriff, said. She had no other criminal record.

At what point does the insanity end? American women give birth in prison all the time and you never read any fake SOB stories about complications they may have incurred as a result of not being able to breast feed which resulted in legal actions.

If she wins the law suit, the state of Tennessee, Department of Public Aid should demand back payment for every single dollar she owes for welfare, food stamps, education costs and the birth of all 4 anchor babies. After which deportation orders should be issued for the entire klan.

And then there's this:

She has NO OTHER CRIMINAL RECORD? A law should be passed that enables us to deport any liberal media idiot who makes statements like this as if to excuse the fact that she's perpetually and deliberately thumbed her nose at the law.

Of course, they'll try to absolve her for 'humanitarian' reasons. We certainly wouldn't want to separate her from her baby. Unlike U.S. citizens, illegal aliens should be given the opportunity to bond with their babies.

Another great post, JDubsMom.

As I've posted before . . . only an idiot or pandering politician would expect anyone arrogantly snubbing their nose at our immigration laws as well as our Border Patrol Authorities to honor and/or respect any of our other laws.
