I see a jail cell in her future.

I think that most of us seem to be in agreeance that he didn't break the law by defending the property.

However Delgadillo broke the law in these aspects:

1) Being in the country illegally (again.....)
2) Being a previous convicted felon with a gun in hand

And the business owner should be charged with:

1) Hiring an illegal
2) Giving the convicted felon a gun

Though, I do wonder if the law about protecting one's property with lethal force still applies when the perpetrator (the kid who's dead) is actually a minor... Does anybody have knowledge on the matter (Or a link to a copy of the law)?

joe horn was a law abiding citizen up until that incident if I am not mistaken. also, when you are a resident, you have your rights protected. if you are a criminal who does not belong here in the first place, you have no rights. this man deserves death by jalepeno intoxication.
