Where are you talking about that you have to know Spanish? Everything is in English/Spanish including Mexico.
Please tell me of your extensive travels in Mexico. You can't even call home to the USA from many places unless you know enough Spanish to talk to the operator.

And? Oh I forgot, theres a large population of English speakers in Mexico.
you don't seem to understand. perhaps it works that way in cali, and other border states, but not in the DC metro area I lived in. I would get a lot of spanglish and menu pointing.

that was any fast food joint. I rarely eat fast food, but when I did, watch out. actually, when I go to a mexican restaurant, I do my best to speak spanish.
