As soon as we made corporations 'individuals' that could lobby Congress we were screwed!

No, Globalism is a fact in a shrinking and mobile world where production costs and profits are challenged by stockholders and fund managers of your 401K. Protectionism is the brainchild of US corporations, politicians, lobbyists and inward looking countries.
