That's a ridiculous assertion! When MCSO does a sweep they pull EVERYBODY over that exhibits violations. No one is pulled over on a whim.

Tag light out? Pulled over.
Registration not current? Pulled over.
Improper lane change? Pulled over.

Quit swallowing the La Raza hype, ibarrio. Even Guadalupe's mayor was in violation when she was pulled over.

Read and learn for yourself...

Read the entire thing...including the actual cases. Let me know what you think about the professionalism of the officer who asks Mr. Ortega," How times per week do you jackoff"...

Link to recent lawsuit

I'm American...My family is full of law enforcement. We have served from WWII to the current war. I don't buy into any La Raza BS...and I also don't buy into any man who wants to take away personal liberties...

If you choose to give away your liberties then fine....for you.

In looking at your link to the New Times article, it compares Maricopa County to LA County, claiming that
Quote:
That brings Arpaio's total jail lawsuit bill to $43.2 million in a county of about 3 million residents — compared with less than $100 million in Los Angeles, a county of more than 10 million residents.
In actuality, Maricopa County has a population estimate of 3,768,123 in 2006, or about 4 million, not 3 million. Los Angeles County actually has LESS than 10 million residents, not more than 10 million. That brings the lawsuit figures DIRECTLY in line with LA County, about $10 million per every 1 million residents.

You say you are an American. Great. Then, you should subscribe to the principal of "innocent until proven guilty.

The link you gave us was to an ALLEGATION - not proof - ALLEGATION.

The tone of your post however is, you have found the officer in question GUILTY before the other side is heard - you made no room for a defense.

That is UN-American I'm afraid -

Care to re-state your position?

You mean like assuming people are guilty as illegal immigrants like GuyPinestra has done recently? OK.

I am not sure exactly what you are speaking of.

But, if someone is in this country without permission - illegally, they are guilty and are subject to immediate deportation.
