I don't know how long you have been in Texas, but anyone can get a voters card with a little as a current water bill for ID in Texas...Here is a link to the Voter Registration Application...

Everytime Texas has tried to have a ID like a Texas DL to vote the democrats have voted it down, but it is being tried again.

Indiana recently fought against this and actually won. I believe it is currently being appealed.

That being said, Illinois lets everyone vote, including the dead.

LOLOLOL I have heard about Chicago my whole life about them letting the dead vote.
