Unfortunately, rounding them up and deporting them all is only really feasible to those who have no grip on reality. It will never, ever happen.

However, I'd really be interested seeing in some real-world solutions or ideas to solve this complex problem, because something needs to be done.
You don't "round them up and deport them all" - you deport them one by one as they are found out, you give severe penalties to those who employ them (our economy does NOT depend on illegals!), and you cut off any benefits they're getting - like free education, free healthcare, welfare, WIC, food stamps, etc.

Obviously, if they show up for these services, they are to be deported. It can be done - our government does not have the WILL to do it, because they're a bunch of pansy-asses.

So, here's the solution:

1. deport illegals as they are found out (and police can ask)
2. severe penalties to employers of illegals
3. no more free bennies

At this point, this has to take place locally, because the feds refuse to adhere to their OWN laws.

You flaunt the violation of our laws through your staunch support for those who flagrantly and arrogantly violate our laws. It's that simple.

As far as I know this is still maybe a free country. If flaunting the violation of the laws of this country, I have that right to feel how
I do. Just like you are entitled to your beliefs. The laws are not right as far as I am concerned, and I will not vote for anyone who's thinking is different than mine and the ones responsible for the screw up in the
immigration laws.

If you are willing to go to jail for your beliefs like MLK and Rosa Parks did in another era...........maybe we will then take you more seriously.

So, if a law isn't "right", you don't follow it? The proper way to handle something like that is to WORK to change the law, not ignore it.

And, while you are working for change, in whatever way suits you, it's only "right" to follow the current laws.

Look what people have done to change laws regarding drunk driving or laws about cell phone use in cars. People work hard to do that - getting signatures, having meetings, pushing people in Congress, etc.

I Agree.

Lets have a time out on all immigration.

We did it before 1924-1965. Time to do it again for at least 50 years.

We need to assimilate all the new people.

I am following the laws and I have a good feeling that things may look up in time for the Illegals.
