Well honestly there are a lot of racist things said in this whole ordeal, it sort of draws the screams of RACISM when RACIST remarks are being made.

Care to show us where those racist remarks were made in this thread?

I didn't say in this thread, I said in this ordeal. I didn't even bring up race here and try not to in general.
But I could link to many threads that are laced in racism originating on this board, but it would serve no purpose, it is obvious.

Again, every time we try to secure our Southern border, people scream RACISM. Whether there are threads on city-data that are tainted with racism has no bearing on those who are in favor of illegal immigration playing the race card every time we try to secure that Southern border.

I get DMs from the pro illegal crowd that call me all kinds of hateful, racist remarks but that has nothing to do with this.

It is sad that we only allow mexico to break our laws!! if the border is close for one group of people it should be closed for all groups!!

Interesting......maybe that explains why quite a few of the more strident pro illegal crowd have been chastened as of late

It is not just on city-data, like I have said before this all could have been resolved quietly without the screams of racism if the government actually wanted to, instead we are here.

Enforcing laws at the employer level is not racist.

Anyways I am done discussing this same old issue of racism, I didn't bring it up here.

I wasn't trying to point anything directly at you Mach. I too wish the government would actually enforce the laws, and I do believe that employers should be fined severely or jailed.

Maybe they should give it back to Mexico too.

I was simply trying to explain why the racism screams always come up.

People say it doesn't matter to them who the illegals are, but in that same breathe they will use the example "Mexicans", then continue to bash on the Mexican country, their culture, a common generalization we see on here:

"it is embedded in all Mexicans that we must get drunk and go driving" etc.

Which is simply ridiculous if you have ever went to Mexico proper.

These constant generalizations whether warranted or not, secrete ignorance and draw the screams of racism.
