I have no clue where your brain is at. Check your pocket, on the floor, did you leave it in the car?

1) user referenced a phrase by Abraham Lincoln re: dual-citizenship, a house divided.
2) seconded, added Abraham Lincoln didn't make it up, got the phrase from Jesus, etc.
3) some other user spun this into something else about Jesus spitting.
4) brought it back to Jesus, the relevant quotes, added he didn't make it up, just like the fellow 500 years earlier didn't make it up either.
5) some other user (you) are spun this into something else, now it's about Mexicans not worthy . . I'd rather go back to Jesus spitting.

How do you people get from a single point in space and time to that intangible spew so far out there nobody can follow without psychology?

Maintenance your brain please, there's a loose connection.

Haha! Isn't that the truth?

Just curious, in your interpretation, who's the army and who's the enemy?

Two entirely unrelated issues, Sassyone (as usual). The treatment of undocumented persons of ANY origin, by ANY nation, has no connection with the relative "worth" of Mexicans, Americans, or any other people. Illegal immigrants aren't at a disadvantage because "Jesus doesn't Love them"..they're at a disadvantage because they are violating the laws of the country in which they've chosen to live, by failing to meet its requirements. Two entirely separate issues, but nice try.

More importantly, though, (assuming anyone believes in Jesus, or gives 'two hoots' about what He said, ANYWAY....which many on this forum do NOT), Jesus said a whole LOT of things. And if he "Came Back" today, I'm pretty certain he'd be absolutely FURIOUS about a WHOLE BUNCH of things going on today....in America, in Mexico, ans elsewhere. He'd probably have a huge list of things he was 'mad' about....and my feeling is that 'treatment of illegal immigrants in the United States' might be down around item #75 on the list.

Be VERY careful of calling Jesus into the everyday way we run our society...you MIGHT not like what He has to say, if he shows up. (just a suggestion...I include myself as well)..

Jesus never once preached about countries needing to eliminate their borders or that illegal Mexicans had some right to break the laws of the USA. There is nothing in the Bible about certain countries having no right to control their borders or have immigration laws.

The other thing -- there is separation of Church and State.

We should have compassion when shipping the Mexicans back to their homeland -- that's all.

IMO: Any church harboring illegal aliens is in violation of Federal law, and as an organization engaged in criminal activity, the IRS should revoke its non-profit status retroactively with back taxes owed.

End that noise yesterday.

I also think any church getting so politically to the point of assisting foreign lawbreakers to break the laws of this country should lose it's tax-exempt status.

This debate has nothing to do with the treatment of the citizens of this country but is all about foreigners wanting to break laws that are already more than fair and just.

"Nazi Style" is lining you up against a wall and give you a short blast from a Schmeisser or a Maschinengewehr 42. Ratted tat tad, you be one dead rat.
