Im guessing to show a different perspective since certain people here act like they speak for the masses.
Really? Who might those people be? Simply because those of us on this board who are black coincidentally share the same opinon with regard to illegal immigration doesn't mean that we consider ourselves as speaking for the "masses".
We aren't the ones marching down the streets waving mexican flags or posting in support of illegal aliens, while deliberately blurring the lines between ethnicity and status.
Arround 2:29 in he says that he has no problem with a "pathway to citizenship". That does not sound anti-illegal to me.
Is that the definition of anti-illegal? Doesn't he support a crack down on employers that hire them? Maybe this issue is not black and white as some would want to make it.
In the link you quoted, Blacknight says the man is NOT pro-illegal immigration.
I know I understood the first time and responded appropriately the first time. And I directed him to 2:29 in where the gentleman says he is fine with a "pathway to citizenship" aka amnesty. Being for amnesty is certainly not anti-illegal. it is pro-illegal.
Wish I could rep you. The truth of the matter is that many blacks are blindly voting for Obama purely based upon the premise of race. Unfortunately, far too many are totally uninformed and have not bothered to research his stances and how they will affect America. They are voting for him (a) because they want a black president; and (b) there has always been this methodical acceptance of democrats being the candidate who will best represent their needs.
For decades the majority of my people have voted democrat because someone told them that democrats always do what is best for "our race".

Well let's see wanting 20+ million lawbreakers to be allowed to stay here and become citizens certainly sounds pro-illegal-at least to me. It is certainly for the benefit of the illegal not the American citizen or the immigrant who came here LEGALLY.
To me it is a very black and white issue-there is no gray. You are here legally or you are here illegally.

I have NEVER professed to be a spokesperson for Black America. I speak for MYSELF, and don't give a flying fig whether others agree or disagree.
