What is Happening in Shenandoah?
This story is getting more and more bizarre every day. The preliminary hearing for three of the four teenage boys charged in the death of Luis Ramirez, an illegal alien from Mexico, was scheduled for this morning. The anti-ICE group LATINA staged a protest at the Schuylkill County courthouse, shouting in Spanish, which interrupted the hearing. The group was ordered to quiet down or be forced to move. One member of the protest group held a sign demanding justice for Luis Ramirez. I guess it didn’t dawn on them that this preliminary hearing was the next step to getting justice served, and they interrupted it.
It’s very interesting to note that the local Shenandoah paper (Republican and Herald) has avoided mentioning the intimidation being wrought upon at least one family of the accused teens.
Brandon Piekarsky’s mother received death threats by phone from someone in Boston.
The Piekarsky family notified the Shenandoah police department that van full of Hispanic people was parked outside of their home, and had been there for some time. When the cops arrived, the van drove away. The police pursued, eventually chasing the van occupants on foot.
When the officers arrived back at the Piekarsky home, they found a drunk Giovanni Garcia Cruz prowling on the property. He was charged with underage drinking and prowling at night. Giovanni is the brother of Victor Garcia Cruz, husband to “eyewitness” Arielle Garcia.
Garcia Cruz’s charges were filed on August 8th. The Republican and Herald should have printed the story in the August 9th edition under the police log. Oddly enough, the only police log missing is the one for August 9th.

By p.o.s., you mean the prowler and death threateners, right? I agree - they deserve to go to jail too for their misdirected anger and illegal activity.

Of course not. Common sense isn't exactly second nature for his crowd. I'm hoping those dumb as a post "Latina's Against ICE" keep up the noise. Sooner or later ICE will make an example of them. One good raid will reduce those bags of wind to a quiet breeze.

Yeah because prowlers are worse than actual murderers as long as they are Hispanic.
And I doubt they'd end up in the same prison.
A prowler would end up in a county jail(IF THAT), with a restraining order and some probabation.
The kids are going to end up in "get slammed in the showers" State Prison.
You must really feel for those kids huh?

Oh please, you really have unresolved issues if you think one dead illegal alien compared to thousands of Americans who have lost their lives to invaders who have no right to be here is supposed to have the country in mourning.
Did you know that 12 Americans per day lose their lives at the hand of an illegal alien?
Wait don't tell me, you think those of your raza are so special that thousands of lost American lives is worth less than one hispanic?

What happened was terrible but he was not just a Hispanic at all. He was an illegal. There is one hell of a difference and if he had not been in our country he would not have been there to be killed. The kids should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law though.

Seriously, I was under the impression a half-dozen high school football players lynched a small helpless Mexican boy. The story begins unraveling from there.
Whew . . the more you read about this tale, the more you see propaganda, distortion of facts, omission of facts.

Theres not much distorting the fact that a group of men attacked and killed a man while shouting racial slurs.
