As I travel by car all over America I am shocked and saddened by the shape many small towns are in America. I see so many towns that were once booming, empty, economically depressed and full of people with social problems.

American Small Towns need immigrants, lots of them.

Should America open up the gates to a doubling of immigrants under a program that they must live in an economically depressed small town?

So you want to send economically depressed people to an economically depressed town and that will re-energize the town ?

How might I ask ?
