FYI, Colorado already has a program where prisoners work farm labor. The growers are happy, the workers are happy and the warden is happy.

Sounds like a plan to me.

It depends on what you call a "good" worker by definition. "Good" by these employer's definition means how much abuse they will take, substandard pay, and so on. So yes, by these employer's definition American workers are not "good." I hope this clears things up.
