what you should do, is call your local housing authority and tell them you believe a landlord is violating the law that allows certain amount of tenants per sq. foot or room.

yes exactly. there are restrictions per room or sq feet of a home or apt.

my point is that just because a group of people 10 to a house does not mean they are illegal immigrants.

just because you see a bunch of people sharing a house is no reason to call ICE.

you would instead call the housing authority.
