Let me see. If I want to change the minimum drinking age from 21 to 18, wouldn't it be changing? .

Again, mixing apples with bananas. If the penalty for selling alcohol to someone under 21 were to be doubled, that is not the same as dropping that age requirement from 21 to 18.

How is that not the same? You'd still be changing age limits! Or in Benicar's words, "strengthening"

My opinion only.

That will require change to occur

Dont8HMe explained this in terms even my 7 y/o niece could comprehend. Please stop making a fool of yourself. It's embarrassing.

I think it is you who is the fool for saying that changing the sentances for offenders would not be considered changing but "strengthening".

I'm sorry, the example I gave of doubling the penalty for selling alcohol to someone under 21 did not change the age limit, it changed the consequence. Does that help? Did your parents teach you about consequences of bad behavior?

I'm really getting tired of trying to explain rudimentary concepts to you. Your teachers must have enjoyed your presence in their classes. If you still don't get it, I'm sorry but someone else will have to clue you in.

Iím finished with you on this topic. If you are unable to comprehend what has already been presented, I certainly canít help you. It would be as futile as arguing over the color of rain.
