"700,000 of the 3.5 million vehicles subject to inspection in North Texas may have fraudulent stickers, she said. Although illegal stickers can mask pollution or safety problems and are often connected to organized crime, such as money laundering or drug dealing, Ms. Keliher said, state enforcement has been lackluster. "It's a little odd," she said..."

Are there any laws illegals will not circumvent in this country? They have a huge forgery enterprise providing them with every document they need. Iím so sick of illegal aliens and their lawlessness, I could scream. If we donít rid our country of these miscreants, we are truly doomed.

Yet the illegal huggers cry foul when one gets pulled over for an obvious violation. What Country do they pledge allegiance to? This Country is ripe for a civil war.

1/3 of the drivers in Texas don't have valid insurance, either. We have temporary paper license plates for car sales which are easily forged - you can spot them all the time. Lately I have seen a lot of license plates from Mexico, mainly Nuevo Leůn and Tamaulipas. There are no figures on how many actually comply with school vaccinations - could we also assume many of those papers are forged?

I don't think people would be as angry if the 'newcomers' would just comply with the laws AFTER they arrive.

If they have Mexican plates they are usually the good guys here legally. Noone sneaks a car across and has balls enough to show the plates. If the visa expires they get a stolen set.

You're right, what was I thinking? Illegals don't do anything wrong. Itís not their fault they are forced to enter this country illegally. Itís not their fault they are forced to use forged documents and steal identities to gain employment. Itís not their fault greedy employers prefer them to legal citizens. Itís not their fault they are forced to drive without skills, license, or insurance.

When you really think about it, nothing is their fault. They are all innocent victims of unfair and broken immigration laws. Why canít we see this? [/mega sarcasm]

Yet every single one of their advocates on this board deny that Mexico is a cesspool built on a culture of corruption. A culture which has taken up residence in the US and despite the raids those who have transplanted said culture in the US are refusing to leave.

I called ICE about this one truck with Mexico license plates (it was parked illegally and the police would put a sticker on it to be moved - they move it a few feet then leave it until the next sticker warning, then move it again, ad infinitum). Since the police never seem to mind, I asked ICE and they said that a car could probably stay about a month legally - this truck has been here at least three months.

Nobody will do anything!
