According to department spokeswoman Stacey Bourbonnais, officials are still waiting on a memorandum of understanding from the federal Department of Homeland Security to begin the program, where deputies are trained to check the immigration status of all inmates in the county jail and begin deportation paperwork for the illegal ones.

More evidence of governmental dysfunction and chaos on all levels. I'm sure more of these "grand juries" will be mandated by the slovernly amnesty proponents in government to assess the damage. Thus moving forward without calculating the true cost of illegal immigration. They will simply use another amnesty as the alternative to sorting out the mess they have created of this country.

How True...

yet, our government can undertake enormous monumental structures
thru-out our country... such as the Golden Gate or Hoover Dam, but they
can't or won't build a wall to protect our country!

That is a good point. We needed water so they built a dam. Now we need to stop the flood of Social Service pillagers.

Good post.
Another example of how this pathetic administration works.

I like how they (pro-immigrant groups) call the wall to be put up on the border the "Berlin Wall" and not the Great Wall of China which stopped invaders

Another one of their pathetic attempts to shame us in the hopes of keeping our border wide open for their convenience.
