First of all there is a difference between a legal immigrant and an illegal alien. You really should specify whom you are referring to unless you think they are the same.

Second-illegal alien labor does not keep food costs less. All it does is line greedy executives pockets.

Who do we "owe" and what exactly do we "owe" them??

Immigrants. Not Illegal Immigrants. If you pay taxes then you know that is correct. If you don't or are on the receiving end of Social Services then that will not matter to you.

We welcome "immigrants" -- illegal aliens are not immigrants. If you are in fact referring to illegal aliens, please enlighten us on the various improvements millions of ingrate parasites have brought to our economy.

Thank you . I meant illegal immigrants. They help in farming industry-food services- hotel industry -construction -trucking and so much more.

We owe them for keeping our economy going . There was recently a "seminar" actually a rally of sorts in my area .

The guest speaker was a guy from El Salvador who was illegal and we learned about the pro/cons of illegal immigration the pros outnumber the cons 10 to 1 .

We couldn't function without them .

Really? If that's the case, please explain why the cesspools they fled gave them maps to ensure that they found their way to the US? Also explain why they dread them coming back and are doing everything they can to prevent it. Including, but not limited to creating mobile consulates and sending them to the US so that they have no reason return?

Thank you in advance.

Would you care to share credible statistics on the declining prices for food, hotel rooms, landscaping, new construction (unrelated to the current mortgage crisis), or ANY industry dominated by illegals.

You apparently donít realize consumers have not benefited from cheap illegal labor, only the greedy unscrupulous employers reap the profit.

As evidenced in the rise in the cost of gas, food, etc. Between the corporate crooks and the burden of funding criminal illegal aliens, we are being squeezed from both directions.

Easy enough- The economy is very bad there and it's pretty good here. The corporation's and politicians here know they need us and want us here.
We all win .

America has much wealth and enough to distribute . Most American's want us here.
Its just a small vocal group who do not because they don't want to see the big picture.

Once they do they will embrace us.

Yes some corporations have been bad and hurt the people but illegals are not to blame.
Illegals have been an asset can you imagine how high prices would be without illegals?

A gallon of milk would be $10 so be thankfull .

You're the first pro-illegal who has actually used the term "illegals" to describe what the illegal-huggers ALWAYS describe with the intentionally ambiguous "immigrants" term.

I call shenanigans.
