Hispanics are over 80% of the illegals. Mexicans almost 60%. The only active step underway is the fence which is primarily directed at Mexicans and secondarily at other hispancs.
The only illegal group having any substantial societal impact is hispanic.

It is tapering off because of bad economic conditions. When they fade it will be right back on. I would like to see us ready to deal with that. Instead we are tied up raiding candle factories.

Again a silly discussion. Natives kill 8 or 9 times more than illegals. If compared by social/economic status there are much more dangerous native groups...
So if you import illegals you likely lower the murder rate in the bad neighborhoods.

Driven mostly by the economic downturn which will, inevitably, reverse. Will we be ready? I don't think so. The antis have successfully stopped virtually all useful steps to actually get at the problem. So when the economy turns here they come again.

Again Las Vegas has dropped as much as Phoenix. That indicates the drive is almost all economic. If we simply let things go as they are we will be right back into it in a couple of years when the economy turns positive.
It would be a good time to fix things if we had the will.

Because it makes you sound mean, judgemental, and hostile. It puts you in the position of saying, in effect, that criminals and parasites are "bad". And NOBODY has that right. Criminals and parasites simply look at life from a different perspective than you do. Even criminals and parasites are USUALLY very kind to their mothers...which means they CAN'T be 'bad'..right?

The Hells Angels are a non-factor. As their website states, "When we do right, nobody remembers. When we do wrong, nobody forgets."
In the 60's they lived up to their reputation. These days, the older "Angels" hold rallies, take trips, and collect toys for tots every Christmas. Hardly MS-13 material.
MS-13 is well documented as being the most violent organization in the world.
