AB, thanks for posting this article. I love the comment by the immigrant that he is starting to think he's not wanted. How I wish there was a way to resolve the problem without breaking the backs of the American citizens. There just isn't.

Austrailia has a very strick immigration law. How come the world does not hate Austrailia? If you want a sneak peak into life in the USA with our lax policy, take a look at France with their increasing street violence. Does anyone think these people from around the globe will come here and be content with their lot in life? Whatever happens in this election, I only pray that the president will keep this country safe and strong, but I fear that will not be the case with either of the candidates.

'Gringo'; strictly speaking is not a racial slur-------------it is a mildly derogatory term for 'American'. Although I do catch your drift.
Best analogy would be 'Greaser' (a slap against Italians and some Hispanics)----------never mind that word now means people who power their Diesel vehicles with used cooking oil AKA grease.
