Default Employer sanctions law upheld by federal appeals court

A federal appeals court on Wednesday upheld an Arizona law that penalizes businesses that knowingly hire illegal immigrants and requires them to verify the employment status of their workers.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision rejected a challenge by business and Hispanic groups that contend that the law infringes on federal immigration powers

Interesting that the 9th Circuit Court is avoiding declaring our employer sanctions law ubconstitutional.............unless the the economy is weighing on everyone's minds---------including activist extreme left/right politicos. Read that is is safer to run off a bunch of illegal immigrants vs. pushing the American public over the edge of blind rage.

I have a very strong premonition that Calif will be jumping on the anti illegal immigrant bandwagon---------and, it will be sudden and severe.

Considering that most illegals there are from Mexico: can someone say a run for the border?
