Yep! And The criminals are barred from having Coffee and Cigarettes, and candy. They can only watch C-span and Animal planet on TV, and they have to be on chain gangs

Excuse me? The inmates have cable and gym: it is calling being on the chain gang.........cables are used to tie the inmates to one another and working outside qualifies as exercise.

To the best of my knowledge: being on the chain gangs is optional------and, inmates 'fight' to be on that line.

What does that say about the jail when the inmates "fight" to join a chain gang picking up garbage on the side of the freeway for 8 hours a day when its 110 degrees out?

It doesn't actually SAY anything, but I can assure you that when it's 110 degrees outside, it's undoubtedly 118 in a tent, even with the flaps up....(Please...no wisecracks about Sheriff Joe being disliked by his 'guests' with a dislike that's 'IN TENTS' "....OK?)

I don't necessarily agree with his tactics but at least he's doing something.

I'm curious if advocates that "support" illegal immigration, do you think that ALL illegals should be legal? And what about future illegals? They should be legal, too? If you believe this, do you seriously not see anything wrong with that?

I do have some empathy but illegals are breaking the law and even though I'm not a "kick all illegals out of this country!" type of person, I do think we need to have tougher policies. That's my 2 cents.
