When President Bush came into our living rooms last evening and solemnly warned us of a economic Armageddon if American taxpayers won’t agree to give him a $700-billion-dollar blank check, he forgot to mention the part thousands of mortgages made to illegal aliens has played in this financial crisis.

Link to rest.

There are 4 huge zip codes in San Diego that have about half the houses for sale. They just happen to be the same ones with the highest ratio of IAs.

Obviously, considering the mess we've inherited in large part because illegals (largely with fake id and often not even using their real names) have been given access to loans they likely had no intentions of honoring the US banking industry is on the verge of collapse. Add to that problem the illegals heavy usage of goverment services, millions of unpaid hospital bills, and their takeover of the US blue collar professions and you have a widely over extended economy. It's amazing that what's happening with the US economy didn't take place sooner. Maybe now people will finally understand that the immigration issue needs to be adressed.

Sadly, the corporate masters will do everything within their power to squelch any mention of illegal aliens and our plummeting economy. You will not hear of this through the MSM, and they will demonize anyone who dares to mention a connection. It will be labeled as baseless "hate speech."

Again: I still keep having a sneaking suspicion that when California turns against the illegals------------it will be sudden and severe.

Repeat: watch the economy.

That is changing.........more and more: the word 'undocumented' as being replaced by 'illegal' when dealing with people living here unlawfully here in the USA.

You may have a point. Lately, the pro-illegal Wash Post has referred to them as "illegal." Also, I've noticed on the local news in DC, the commentary is beginning to be less biased.
