Valdez and his common law wife lived in Texas illegally. Valdez works in a car wash 18 hours a day for tips. His wife Zinfidel stays at home and happily watches over their 11 american born children.
They are hopeing to fulfill their american dream of receiving a huge US GOV pay off. But they are also afraid. If they file the paper work someone might finally notice that they are undocumented welfare bandits. If deported Mexico will not pay welfare and both parents may be forced to not only get a job but gasp pay taxes. If things work out Valdez may finally be able to afford that really pimped out low rider his cousin has been trying to sell. Valdez himself stole many of the parts including the spinner wheels. He knows whats in that ride and would do anything to own it.
Now for the rest of the story.
Valdez and Zindidel applied for the relocation money. Everything was looking up. They felt so confident that they maxed out all of their credit cards in anticipation. On the day they expected the big check ICE showed up instead. Valdez attempted to flee but tripped over the free standing hamock in his back yard became entangled and was caught.
Zinfidel 7 months pregnant with #12 and grossly over weight couldn't get out of her lazyboy recliner unassisted fast enough to answer the phone when the ICE snitches tried to call and worn them. Valdez and Zinfidel elected to leave their children in the United States when they were deported. The children were taken in by Brad Pitt and Angelina and are living a good life.
In real life, Valdez and Zinfidel would simply call LaRaza, MALDEF, the ACLU and a local TV reporter. The ethnic advocacy groups would file lawsuits and their sob story would be all over the evening news. They would end up staying here forever.

The End
