It would not be sterilization, just a time out from kicking out kids that they themselves cannot afford. It would keep American Taxpayers from playing baby Daddy so to speak starting on kid # 4. I think that is fair, if they want to stay on the free govt programs = no more children.

Honestly, I don't drive around looking for pregnant women and their ethnicity....I mean legal status.
I believe it was Janet Murguia of La Raza who stated they are ALL the same -- legal and illegal Hispanics. Moreover, from the accounts I’ve received from area hospital staff, the majority of pregnant Hispanics seeking ‘free’ prenatal care, are in fact illegal.
Regardless, I hardly consider it 'responsible' for teenagers to become mothers. The VAST majority of pregnant Hispanics I encounter are OBVIOUSLY very young. Furthermore, I don't think grown women are standing on corners holding books, waiting for the school bus to arrive. Given the fact that illegal aliens attend our schools, a determination of their immigration status would be impossible.

Well..uh...a Hispanic said they are all the same..so its okay for me to generalize and rely on stereotypes..because it is!
And..almost all Hispanics have kids very young...from what I see in my neck of the woods at least..and from what I heard from hospital staff that I just happen to be discussing ethnic pregnacy rates and the legal status of said preganant women with...
FURTHERMORE, I'm going to be judgemental towards pregnant teens...especially the Hispanic ones....I mean the illegal ones.. I dont care if their Hispanic...but I'm going to speak on Hispanics for a little more...and then I'm going to rant about how illegals are going to school..admitting that it makes it even harder for me to know if the Hispanics I'm leering at really ARE illegal..

From many of you posters, I get the impression that Hispanics(illegals) just line the streets mad dogging you guys, in various states of pregnacy, illegality, disrespect, flag burning, etc.
Someone should really put labels on them.
Also, everyone always happens to overhear in a hospital or welfare office about all the Hispanics(and illegals) are abusing the American taxpayer and leeching off the system.
Why don't I ever get this lecture? How do you guys do it? When I'm in the Hospital..the receptionist doesn't really care that I have to wait...and the nurses and doctors are usually treating me, or in a rush to treat someone else.

That's an excellent question. I don't know what the actual stats are, but I do know in the DC area, I rarely see one of childbearing age who isn't either pregnant or pushing a stroller........accompanied by at least 1 or 2 toddlers.
Even my dad, who is generally mum on the subject, remarked, “Are they ALL pregnant?”
