To me it seems the stupids in Washington DC want divisions and may be trying to achieve what you said.
There will be problems when you have people split into two main ethnic enclaves -- one -- theSpanish speaking La Raza and the other -- everyone else. Just like the check boxes have 4 main boxes for "race" - hispanic white, hispanic black, and then it's everyone else lumped together as nonhispanic white, nonhispanic black. Why push that kind of division? What's so different about people whose ancestors spoke Italian, or French, or Polish or Greek? They along with those whose ancestors spoke German, Russia, Dutch are lumped together as "non-hispanic" whites. The same for the "non-hispanic" blacks. They might be from the USA, or they might be from Kenya, Jamaica, Barbados, England, or Brazil.
And it's the government that is encouraging "hispanics" white and black to never learn English. Why are they promoting a divided country, divided so much that people cannot communicate with one another? Now after all the move toward integration, we are seeing segregation by language, hispanic-identity, and national allegience. Why?
