Judge Bans Use Of “Illegal” and “Aliens” | Judicial Watch

"...In a strongly worded letter to the chief justice, Los Abogados president says attaching an illegal status to a person establishes a brand of contemptibility, creates the appearance of anti-immigrant prejudice and tarnishes the image of courts as a place where disputes may be fairly resolved..."

Well, duh. And, yeah. But it's "anti-illegal-immigrant prejudice". And so what?

What happened to the rule of law?

Pathetic.

Bad timing there; 'Hispanic Bar Association'.

Ever since those treasonous illegal immigrants' 'rights' rallies back in May 2006---------every major attempt to secure some species of amnesty has backfired.

The pro illegal crowd is quaking in its boots more and more.

So let us not acknowledge that the act of entering the United States without permission is illegal. That living and working in the United States without permission is illegal. We should what, accept it as a segment of our population? Be ashamed because Hispanic journalists feel slighted when reading terms like 'immigration crisis' and 'illegal alien/immigrant'? These people are not Americans, their loyalties lie first and foremost to whatever SOB country they or their parents immigrated from. The name that the hispanic lawyers group gave itself is in spanish -- coincidance? Of all the social ills and upheavels that we currently have, the terms illegal immigrants is what has the hispanic lawyers assoc panties in a wad?
No, no, no. It is beyond ridiculous and just shows how vigilant we all must be against this type of treasonous behaviour. Because it is treasonous. If we were talking about a group of people who petitioned for more visas, or helped (legal) immigrants once they arrived those would be great things. But what we have here is a groups of hispanic lawyers lobbying on the behalf of hispanic illegal immigrants. Excuse me, illegal aliens.

Guess we'll have to come up with a couple of new euphemisms for "illegal alien."

How about "locationally challenged person without papers?"
