that is true and walmart is stuck in a bad place. if they "discriminate" by refusing to hire any minority, including non-english speaking, they would be open for lawsuits. walmart is sued 2 to 5 times every business day and so far they have been sued by every minority group, including illegals themselves, people who want them to say merry christmas and people who do not, people who do not like the lyrics in the records they sell, etc.
anybody can just type in walmart sued and see how many different groups have sued them, so i am sure that walmart does what it can to avoid these lawsuits.

They can require basic english skills... How by having a test to qualify for employment. P&G requires such a test to work in the factory I am in. Walmart deserves what ever bad press they get due to their many highly questionable business practices.

Is it possible Alejandro Hernandez is a Wal-Mart HR Manager?

Look...before we judge, let's take an honest look in the mirror. Wal Mart wouldn't be in business if it a lot of people didn't patronize it. We may HATE the store, for using Chinese 'slave labor' and paying 'survival wages' to its American staff. But when we want a bargain, where do we go? Wal Mart..that's right, And we go there even knowing that Wal-Mart has out many 'Mom and Pop' operations out of business.

So here come these illegals. They want a cheap, no-nonsense, basic, trip to the US...no 'extras' They want a 'bargain' trip, in other words. So where do they go? Wal-Mart; that's right. Wal-Mart has the trucks, the drivers, and the resources to get the job done, and the 'passengers' get the trip at the lowest possible cost. And the illegals do this, EVEN THOUGH they know that patronizing Wal-Mart trucks will PROBABLY mean putting the local Coyotes out of business.

An idependant, small-time, free-lance Coyote just can't compete with Wal-Mart. NO businessman can.

True. There should have been a national boycott against Walmart back when it was discovered they had illegal cleaning crews they were paying so little, their workers were sleeping in the stores. No health care benefits, no overtime pay, illegal wages. It's exploitation and it's going to come back and hit us hard.
