A WBTV Investigation reveals what Gallegos did hasn't stopped. We went through every single Mecklenburg DWI arrest on weekends this month: 25% of the arrests were suspected illegal immigrants. That means one out of of every four people arrested for DWI was an alleged illegal immigrant.

Some days are worse than others. On Sunday, November 9th, nearly half of the 13 DWI arrests were suspected illegals.

***********

Local congresswoman Sue Myrick has been trying for several years now to get the Scott Gardner Act passed. Among other things, It would automatically deport any illegal immigrant convicted of DWI. Moose feels it would save lives.

Maricopa deputies to start holiday DUI crackdown
Reported by: Leslie Aleman
Last Update: 7:31 am

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is joining other Valley agencies this holiday season to search for impaired drivers on Valley streets.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio has instructed all deputies to arrest any intoxicated undocumented immigrants and take them directly to jail when found driving under the influence.

"Recently, there have been a significant number of high profile cases involving drunk illegal aliens that have killed innocent drivers," said Arpaio.

According to the Sheriff, there will be no cite and release option.

With the influx of inmates convicted of DUI, Arpaio said he's in the process of expanding Tent City so that there is always a vacancy for every impaired driver.

Once again, JDubsMom . . . once an Illegal has snubbed his nose at our Immigration Laws and, in many cases, attacked our Border Patrol Agents it is downhill all the way.

Only an idiot with a single digit IQ would expect them to honor and/or respect any of our other laws.

It should read, Sheriff Joe Arpaio has instructed all deputies to arrest any intoxicated Driver and take them directly to jail when found driving under the influence. Is it legal to drive drunk as long as your not an illegal?

This is being fought in Escondido and Chula Vista. When they setup a checkpoint many Illegals are nabbed for various laws being broken.

Some think that US laws apply to Americans with a whole different, more lenient set for Illegal Aliens. If you are going to use our streets and highways expect to do it lawfully or you are outta here.

Illegal aliens and their supporters prefer to pick and choose the administration of the laws which benefit them both legally and financially. Anything that punishes them for being here illegally and further commission of criminal activity conveniently does not apply to them.

Of course, we are all aware of the duplicitous corporate masters and government crooks all of whom are guilty in aiding and abetting this perpetual nightmare. If not for the illegal distribution of our tax dollars which funds this travesty under the guise of "hispanic civil rights", this nightmare would have been over long ago.
