Man charged in ramming death at bar (illegally, candidacy, Reed)

So bartenders refused to serve him and gave him a glass of water, officials said.

A short time later one of those bartenders, with help from Sullo, removed him from the premises because they had spotted him drinking beer that had been slipped to him by a fellow patron, authorities said.

Zellis said Maldonado-Luzuriaga, an illegal immigrant from Ecuador who lived up the road from the Salute bar, got into a white 2006 Ford F150, circled the lot a few times, aimed the pickup toward the front of the bar and gunned in anger toward Sullo, who stood on the curb watching.

Sullo, 30, of Philadelphia, died after being pinned against the exterior wall of the bar while the bartender-bouncer standing next to him, Carl Slaton, Jr., jumped out of harm's way just in time, authorities said.

Another reason to enforce our laws. No doubt this drunk has a history in his native land that would have disqualified him from entry.
On another note. Who the hell would stand there and watch a guy aim his vehicle at you and then drive right at you? This may be a darwin award.

Agreed. I always laugh when those here illegally whine about not having a means of legal entry, while knowing full well that the majority of them have lengthy criminal histories that not only disqualifies them for to enter the US but would make the baby Jesus weep,

There I am standing in front of a building with an irate customer driving in circles. I know he is pissed at me. I hear the engine rev. The truck is pointed at me and accelerating.
To move or not to move that is the question.
If I run he will call me coward.
If I stand he might chicken out and hit the breaks. If he doesn't I am forever known as the idiot to dim to get out of the way.
What should I do?
I get out of the way then when he hits the building I drag his drunk ass out of the truck put the boots to him and say its all accident related.
