Tell me about it! I have never seen such hatred and bigotry as now, and this election has certainly taken the veil off many ‘closet’ racists. These are some of the same racists with such self-righteous indignation toward the comments and posters on this forum.

I have always believed that many in support of illegal immigration simply feel that any race/ethnicity is better than black. It’s the old ABB mindset -- Anything But Black. I also believe the vast majority of the illegal alien apologists would vociferously oppose having millions of Haitians illegally residing in this country, and receiving the benefits of our tax dollars.

It reminds me of the game we used to play when we were kids, when we shouted, “Come out, come out, wherever you are!” The bigots are indeed coming out.

I couldn’t agree more. The ONLY reason many Latinos voted for Obama was due to his stance on illegal immigration and amnesty. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have received more than possibly 5 percent of their vote. They even complained about his slogan, “Yes We Can,” although they felt perfectly entitled to use “We Shall Overcome” and hijack the Civil Rights Movement by comparing the ‘plight’ of illegal aliens with that of blacks in this country.

Not to mention, the majority of them have the nerve to be racist against us and think they are the "superior" race.

Mr. Obama confronts a history of often uneasy and competitive relations between blacks and Hispanics, particularly as they have jockeyed for influence in cities like Chicago, Los Angeles and New York.
“Many Latinos are not ready for a person of color,” Natasha Carrillo,20, of East Los Angeles, said. “I don’t think many Latinos will vote for Obama. There’s always been tension in the black and Latino communities. There’s still that strong ethnic division. I helped organize citizenship drives, and those who I’ve talked to support Clinton.”

Amazing how the promise of amnesty motivated said racists to become temporarily color blind.

Great post!

If you get divorced you sever ties with former spouse. Its called detachment. When you get remarried you gain a new family. The new family become frist priority, not former wife, and ex inlaws. The same goes for moving to a new country. You become a part of a new family.

Actually, I'd prefer that they simply leave. They aren't exactly the kind of family members I'd "choose" or be proud of.

Blithering hypocrites-----------said Latinos playing both sides of the 'race card'.

Too; many White Hispanics will not favor a dark skinned Mestizo over a 'guero'-------in both personal life as well as politics.

All the more reason to delete 'Hispanic' as a race/ethnicity catagory here in the USA.

I have some aquaintences here that are self professed liberal democrats. In all my years living in CA I have never had friends or aquaintences use the "N" word in my company. When these ladies dropped that bomb I could not believe it. It is funny what rises to the top and what sinks to the bottom.

Which makes their prejudice against black Americans even more obsurb. It also clarifies to a large degree why they came here screaming racist at white Americans out of the gates. In addition to the brainwashing of the ethnocentrics, the white Mexican oligarchies had already established the mindset. The reality of the situation is that dark mexicans are treated 100 times worse in mexico than black Americans in the deepest and most red necked, poverty stricken areas in the deep south.

First of all, McCain and Obama had the same stance on immigration, also who complained about this slogan "yes we can"? Make things up as you go along.
