I agree. Too many people just want to push the race issue.

You forgot Cameron Diaz: she could not portray a Chicana if her life depended on it. OTOH: Catherine Zeta Jones; who is British, is typecast as a 'Hispanic' actress.

Cameron Diaz is only half Hispanic, She is also half Anglo and her Hispanic father did not even teach her to speak Spanish when she was growing up. So she was culturally raised as an Anglo. Even Jeb and George W. Bush know more Spanish than Cameron Diaz does.

Before the Hisspanics get too comfortable. Let it be known that the Native Americans (American Indians) have inhabited the United States for over 12,000 years and still do. The Native Americans and the hisspanics do NOT share the same DNA.

Jeff: as you and I both know; there is no Hispanic race---------it is a political label only.

These look like the Hispanics that operate many of Argentina's many ski resorts....and a number of its vineyards. You can TELL they're Hispanics..the shoes are a dead giveaway.

(A LOT of these Hispanics live in Southen Chile, as well...particularly in the Valdivia / Puerto Montt region...)...where they eat such delicacies as "el Kraut amargo"....and, of course the always-popular "Chorizowurst"

And how many Hispanic families in the U.S look like that ? That family looks like they came straight out of Bavaria. Not too many Hispanics living in the U.S are being confused for being German.
