I disagree. It wouldn't be fair to those immigrants still waiting to come here the right way. What you are suggesting is akin to amnesty.

Try deporting said criminals along with seizing their assets.

Why should we be more humane to illegal aliens AKA criminals than US citizen ones? If anything; US law needs to be harsher in dealing with the former.

You may call it what you want, but they deserve legalization, thanks to migrant workers we have been able to not collapse during this severe recession, thay keep the output up while so many locals stay home sucking up from the government with sequential unemployment benefit extensions..........
