Huh? Who dyes their hair?? Lotssss of people. Mom and dad in that picture for sure. Some of my son's girl friends (13) dye their hair blond...

The reasons for low per capital income are historical. Most Latin American economies were agricultural based with large landowners. They became the wealthy, the workers stayed poor. Unlike the US, which had an agricultural economy with many small landowners. I would compare Latin America with the US South, pre civil war.

Hey macmeal why is skin cancer a big problem in Australia but not in Mexico ?
