Hi all. I thought I'd share this article with you, published in the Rutgers Paper "The Daily Targum."
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In September, New Labor, the New Brunswick nonprofit worker center, released a special debit card created for immigrants as an alternative to opening a bank account.

So now illegals can circumvent banks and their charges and they can avoid having to have ID in order to get a card and account. Not only that but they can also circumvent the fees on wiring money to other countries! So if this program goes nation-wide, as New Labor hopes, the American economy won't even be getting that little bit of income back from the illegals! Great.... I'm so ashamed to be going to the college from which the founder of New Labor graduated!

Anyway, I'm going to be going down to this New Labor place and trying to get one of these cards. I'm "an immigrant" (albeit 100 years in the past...). I have "low income" and am "living paycheck to paycheck" and I'm "afraid of zeroing my account balance." Though I don't see how these people can be afraid of that last one happening since they apparently don't HAVE bank accounts... But whatever. I'll let you all know what happens! Though I don't think they'll give me a card. Maybe I can then sue THEM for this supposed "racism" they claim anti-legalization people espouse! Hehe.
