Depends upon the type of welfare and the state itself.

Now, in Arizona, finally, State funded welfare benefits, including tuition, will only be given to those in the country lawfully.

Default Residency requirements?

For the poster who said you need residency documents to qualify. In California if you have a lease, utility bill, etc., that is accepted as "residency." So much for that!

All a residency document is a drivers license which are easily obtained by illegals.
