How about the thousands of innocent people killed in the World Trade Center, Pentagon, and in a field in PA? This is the mindset and the M.O. of a terrorist.

Unless you are privy to the particulars of ‘how’ and ‘why’ Israel bombed the UN facility, you shouldn’t comment. If you think these terrorists engage in fair fights, you are incredibly naive.

Oh, let’s not forget their little tactic of hiding in mosques, so when bombed, they can cry foul. If gunfire is coming from a hospital, school, mosque, or wherever, would YOU refuse to return fire?

I'm not the only one commenting. World opinion is what keeps Israel from creating a holocaust of their own.

Fighting terrorism with terrorism is still terrorism.

No: it is called blitzkrieg 101----------if attacked, hit with enough force to permanently disable your enemy.

Again: those Islamist terrorists went after helpless civilians in Israel----------if it means 'Holocaust' against Gaza, et al----------so be it.

One huge problem with way too many 'Muslim' cultures with the notable exception of Iran is their out of control birthrates. Typically; as a nation heads down to the proverbial 2 children per woman, the chances of war drop dramatically since there is much less competition for resources.

Default 2 Mexican soldiers stopped on U.S. side

EL PASO -- Two Mexican soldiers and a security guard were temporarily detained by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers after crossing into United States on Friday at the Paso del Norte Bridge in Downtown El Paso, a CBP spokesman said.

The guard and uniformed soldiers, who were armed, were stopped about 2 p.m. near the foot of the bridge on the U.S. side, said Roger Maier, a spokesman for Customs and Border Protection. The type of firearm carried by the soldiers was not immediately available.

The three detainees were interviewed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, released without charges and returned to Mexico, Maier said.

"It was determined these individuals were attempting to perform an operation to remove illegal vendors from the bridge and were attempting to seek assistance, cooperation from U.S. authorities at the bridge," Maier said.

The soldiers had been in the Juárez area for only a couple of days and were not familiar with border-crossing protocols, Maier said.

Mexican military officials with Joint Operation Chihuahua said in a statement that soldiers of the 75th Infantry Battalion were chasing a suspicious person who ran into U.S. territory. Officials praised the "excellent" cooperation of U.S. authorities.

The border line is set at the middle of the top of the international bridges.
On Monday, the Mexican army sent an estimated 2,000 new soldiers to Juárez as part of a rotation of soldiers. Soldiers, including military police, can regularly be seen posted on international bridges checking vehicles leaving and entering Mexico.

I've avoided this forum for awhile, but this really takes the cake.

Palestine lobs explosive devices into Israel as well as encouraging suicide bombers and sniper attacks and Israel is supposed to what?

Smile and wave? Take it?

Pro Palestinian advocates expect far more restraint from Israel than they would any other country on Earth that is constantly under attack from its neighbors.

The following is a partial list of Israeli non-combatant casualties of the Second Intifada, also known as the al-Aqsa Intifada is the second Palestinian uprising, a period of intensified Palestinian-Israeli violence, which began in late September 2000. "Al-Aqsa" is the name of a prominent Muslim mosque, constructed in the 7th century CE at the Temple Mount in the Old City of Jerusalem, a location considered the holiest site in Judaism and third holiest in Islam. "Intifada" (also transliterated Intifadah) is an Arabic word that literally translates into English as "shaking off". Keep in mind that this is merely one movement by Palestinians to deal "death to the Israeli infidels."

Palestine should consider itself lucky that Israel hasn't bombed it into non-existence. Every time there is an incidence of Palestinian violence against Israel, Israeli leaders practically beg for an end to it, telling Palestine that they will not like the outcome if violence doesn't end--yet Palestine continues to lob explosives and send the suicide wack faction over to Israel to take out as many citizens as possible. This violence, something that a Westerner cannot possibly fathom, has been going on for 5,000 years. It's unlikely that it will stop any time soon.

Tell me, is Israel expected to continue to turn the other cheek until Israel is no more? What about their "women and children?"

Once again, Kele...."Societal guilt". Some societies have it (we're sitting in one now), and others don't. WE instinctively heap "guilt" on those places that will listen, and avoid criticizing those whom we KNOW don't care.

Israel will listen.....the Palestinians will not.

Simple as that. Holds true in almost ALL conflicts....including many right here at home.

Welcome back....

Wow..Just wow...

There is something seriously wrong with you if you think you can equate what is going on in Gaza to our situation. Do you think anyone with any sense will take you serious? You might have cheerleaders here because birds of a feather...but anyone in the street will call the police and report a 5150...
