A Bay Shore (http://www.newsday.com/topic/us/new-york/suffolk-county-%28new-york%29/islip-%28suffolk-new-york%29/bay-shore-PLGEO100101022030658.topic - broken link) woman who used someone else's identity to qualify for more than $32,000 in government rent payments was arrested Thursday, Suffolk County police said.
She was also charged with possessing a forged immigration document.
Olufunke Fatimehin, 38, of 105 Howells Rd., got the federal Housing and Urban Development rent subsidies by fraudulently using another person's Social Security number on an October 2005 application for the Section 8 money, police said.

Agreed. Is it any wonder that they hail from 3rd world corrupt cesspools? If I was stupid enough to enter a country illegally, the last thing I would proceed to do is draw attention to myself by ripping that country off. These idiots don't even have enough sense or self control to discontinue their dysfunctional criminal behavior or fly below the radar.

Great post JDsMom! Hate to say it, but, I think they are hardwired to lie, cheat & steal. Crossing the border is just the first step. Just my opinion, of course!!

Agreed. The abundance of creative schemes, and fraud being perpetrated in this country are truly 3rd world culturally embedded survival tactics. Before they started arriving in America by the millions identity theft was virtually unheard of.
