CORPUS CHRISTI — Corpus Christi police arrested a 27-year-old undocumented immigrant after a fight on the 2600 block of Baldwin Blvd early Sunday, according to a police report.

Officers were across the street from the club when they saw a fight break out at 1:56 a.m. in the parking lot. According to a police report, the fight spilled into the street where a 29-year-old man fell to the ground and the undocumented immigrant continued hitting the man with a rock. Officers ordered the man to stop twice, but he continued to pummel the man on the ground.

An officer deployed his Taser on Estaban Lagunes and he stopped his assault.

Default Traffic stop nabs deportee with 14 aliases

The name the driver gave Pereira didn’t match the Registry of Motor Vehicles photo the officer accessed on the laptop computer in his cruiser. Confronted with this, the driver gave a second name and was arrested on a charge of providing false information to police, according to the press release.

At the Freetown police station, police identified 14 aliases the man allegedly used.
They subsequently transported the man to the state police barracks, where police performed a Automated Fingertip Indentification System scan of the man’s fingerprints.

The fingerprint scan results identified the man as Ludalino Aguiar Moniz, 33, whose last known address was 232 Whipple St., Fall River. Moniz has an extensive criminal history, including crimes of violence, and was wanted on a pair of warrants, one for a charge of breaking and entering and the other for a charge of larceny, according to police

Its sad, but, I think thats just the illegal mentality. Its Hit & Run vs. Kill & run. Pheonix and Maricopa county are probably the worst in the nation on this. Illegal's have zero conscience on running over anybody. Man, woman or child, makes no difference to these pathetic individual's. 2 fatal hit & run accidents would be nothing new to that area. I feel for anyone with a child in AZ.

Friday, March 27, 2009 By MICHAELANGELO CONTE
JOURNAL STAFF WRITER

A Jersey City woman who left her 3-month-old child covered in blankets in a locked parked car was taken into custody Wednesday and could face immigration problems, officials said.
Aminata Sano, 34, of Forrest Street and Ocean Avenue, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. after police got a call saying the baby girl was inside the 1998 Infiniti at Highland and Bergen avenues, reports said. She is charged with child abuse, a crime that holds up to 18 months in jail if convicted.

Police notified Immigration and Customs Enforcement when Sano could not produce paperwork proving she was in the country legally, reports said

I'm sure she was shopping for baby clothes. Oh wait, it was simply welfare check day.
