There is no upside to illegal immigration.
Very well stated!

Default Illegal immigrant gets 15 years for molesting 13-year-old

A Lubbock County jury on Tuesday convicted Julian Vasquez of indecency with a child for the July 2008 assault.
Vasquez forced his way into a unit in the Cora Apartments in the 300 block of Avenue U after the girl opened the door when he knocked. Vasquez pushed the girl onto a bed, ripped her shirt, undid her bra and touched her breasts, according to testimony. She fought him off and hid in the bathroom with the door locked while she called 911.
Officers arrived and found Vasquez at the bathroom door.

Jesse Mendez, Vasquez's attorney, said Vasquez was drunk when he committed the assault and asked the judge to take that into consideration. He also said the cost of incarcerating illegal immigrants who commit crimes is an undue burden on the state.

Gee, maybe we should retain the services of senor Mendez who obviously cares a great deal about the costs associated with illegal immigration. Just think we could save billions if he pleads our case to congress . . . .

Default Suspect Shot After Holding 7 People Officer Opens Fire, Gunman Hit Twice

PHOENIX -- Three men are in custody after police said they held seven people at gunpoint during a home invasion in Phoenix.

The victims told police up to six men held them at gunpoint in an apartment, robbed them, and sexually assaulted a woman and a 14-year-old girl, said police spokesman Sgt. Andy Hill.

Officers called to the scene Saturday night saw several suspects running from the apartment in different directions.

One nine-year veteran on the force chased one of the suspects, identified as Jesus Garcia-Perea, 25 Hill says Garcia-Perea pointed his gun at the officer, who then shot him twice.

Escarrega-Castillo and Serreno-Montoya told robbery investigators they were in the United States illegally as investigators are still trying to verify their immigration status with ICE," Hill said.

The only thing that will flush them out is cutting off the jobs and the freebies.
