SAN DIEGO — A Mexican man convicted of gross vehicular manslaughter for running over a man on a bike in Mira Mesa and dragging the body more than 500 feet was placed on three years' probation Wednesday.

In addition to manslaughter, Marcos Garcia Jeronimo, 23, also pleaded guilty April 8 to hit-and-run causing death, in connection with the Aug. 20 death of Marcelo Bolom.
Quote:
Jeronimo – who was born in Oaxaca, Mexico – had been living in the United States illegally and is likely to be deported. If he comes back across the international border while on probation, he could be sent to prison.

Default Drug-dealing & previously deported illegal alien dealt drugs & smoked cocaine in front of child

Quote:
An illegal immigrant from Mexico who was living in Chandler and using 16 aliases was sentenced to 11 years in prison on a drug-related charge, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office announced this week.

Remigio Perez Roman, 41, who had been deported to Mexico a number of times for various criminal offenses, was handed down the 11-year prison sentence in Maricopa County Superior Court for one count of possession and sale of narcotic drugs, according to the county attorney’s office.

Roman, who bragged he would be back in the U.S. if deported again, pleaded guilty to the charge on March 30.

He dealt drugs out of his apartment on South Arizona Avenue and smoked cocaine in front of his infant child, according to a Chandler police arrest report.

“This defendant will be deported again, in 2020,” Maricopa County Andrew Thomas said in a written statement. “Between now and then, he’ll be doing time away from society and away from his child whom he placed in danger on a daily basis.”

He seems like a great poster child for La Raza, LULAC, MEChA, MALDEF, etc. to be supporting.

If rewarded with amnesty, I believe this man has the potential to benefit all of society and influence our children in so many positive ways.

Here's another positive role model for our children who was just inhumanely denied the opportunities to do so by the oh-so-evil US government & society.

Carla Ramos, a Brownsville mother acquitted of capital murder, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges that she did not reapply for admission to the United States.

Ramos, 27, an undocumented immigrant, was indicted on April 28 on a count of illegal re-entry. She waived her formal arraignment Wednesday and entered a not guilty plea. Jury selection for her trial is to begin on July 2.

Fools like this just need to be shot. Just take the kid and have him silently disappear into the Arizona night forever. That would be best for all concerned. Lets just hope they deport him when his time is up. Deport him to China or North Korea or.......

This is another reason there will be no amnesty. We would have to be stark raving mad to even entertain the thought of granting citizenship to illegal aliens. It would be an international free-for-all. Everyone and their mother would scramble to enter this country to partake of the U.S. amnesty giveaway. Countries would even borrow a page from Mexico and provide “how-to” pamphlets on entering the U.S. illegally, if they thought they could possibly rid themselves of their undesirables.

Even Obama realizes we MUST have our borders secured.

"If the American people don't feel like you can secure the borders," Mr. Obama said at his press conference last week, "then it's hard to strike a deal that would get people out of the shadows and on a pathway to citizenship who are already here, because the attitude of the average American is going to be, 'Well, you're just going to have hundreds of thousands of more coming in each year.' Default Third conviction enough to send illegal immigrant to prison

According to the arrest affidavit, Garfield County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a fight at the Dos Hermanos Restaurant near the Colorado Mountain College turnoff south of Glenwood Springs on Jan. 25. They spoke to the victim that said he had been hit in the head with a bottle, by a man he called “Gustavo,” which turned out to be Soriano.

When deputies contacted Soriano, he told them his name was “Gustavo Sabredra”, according the arrest report. Deputies learned that wasn’t his name when Soriano’s wife called him Jesus as he was being arrested, the report stated. Deputies again asked Soriano for his name, he reportedly gave them another false name — Jesus Soriano-Mendoza.
