Inez Gonzalez, a spokeswoman for the NHMC, said that those options do not include asking the FCC to reimpose the fairness doctrine, which once required broadcasters to air both sides of controversial issues. She said the effort is more about raising awareness of the problem.
“We are very respectful of the first amendment and free speech," said NHMC President Alex Nogales in announcing a new three-pronged effort to combat what he called the "hateful rhetoric, particularly against the immigrant minority communities, espoused by irresponsible TV and radio talk show host on American airwaves." The debate over immigration reform has been a staple on talk radio, for example.
Essentially, Inez and Alex wants a cease and desist order imposed upon every network in the US that reports the crimes committed by illegal aliens and exposes the negative impact illegal immigration has on this country. So much for their lies with regards to their being "respectful of the 1st Amendment".
Not only are they liars, I find it deliberately deceitful and equally absurd that they DO NOT want the fairness doctrine re-instituted, specifically in this case. After all there's two sides to every story isn't it?

This doctrine grew out of concern that because of the large number of applications for radio station being submitted and the limited number of frequencies available, broadcasters should make sure they did not use their stations simply as advocates with a singular perspective. Rather, they must allow all points of view. That requirement was to be enforced by FCC mandate.

Now, now Benicar, of course it doesn't apply to all crimes, just those committed by the illegal alien hispanic community. As for it being a joke, they take their ludicrous false sense of entitlement and being above the laws of this nation very serious.
So for those who insist that illegal immigrants of sob persuasion do not have an entitlement mentality and do not make demands on a society that they should not even be part of ...... well, here you go, a prime example.

As far as I am concerned none of them are born supreme, not even their much pimped and prized anchors. While they may currently think they are entitled to all things American and even more, if they keep squatting and refusing to leave, the heat will become unbearable.

They want anyone who speaks unfavorably about them, whether it is talking about the clown house next door or the local ER that just closed, to be silenced. Of course they will be free to continue their screaming, tearing their hair and shrieking' hate crime' every time they think someone has looked at them cross-eyed. This crowd is too much. Then they can't figure it out, they are totally clueless as to why it is that people do not like them.

The way I see it, this is pure "discrimination" against anyone who is not an illegal so I think anyone who commits a crime should sue the news medias for reporting it. There is such a "hidden agenda" here that is so blatant and the problem is too many of the sheep refuse to see it.
The desperation is showing on the part of the pro illegal side---------hence their unconstitutional efforts to attempt to silence Americans.
